By placing an order with 360Love Apparel™, you agree to all of the following terms and conditions and understand the information below and you willingly make this purchase. By placing an order, you agree that you are 18 years of age, or if under the age of 18, have parent's/guardian's consent to place an order. 

We do not have the ability to ensure that every customer reads this information, since it is possible to agree to these terms without reading this information.

We hope each customer will read this prior to placing their order, but cannot make them. Please do not hold us to the unreasonable standard that we should have told you personally about each of our policies.

If at all possible, please address all issues via email (Contact Us form), as this serves as a document with a date and timestamp. 

Many of your questions can be answered more quickly via email, reading through FAQ, or, by reading through this information.

Placing an Order:
Please place your order on our website. This is necessary to ensure order accuracy and to efficiently process orders. We are an E-store and are not able to take phone orders.

Modifications: We do not accept modifications on orders, once an order is placed. Modifications include adding a product to an order that has already been placed (a separate order must be placed); Adjusting the total/refunding money for an online code/gift voucher (unless it is an error within the system).

Rush Orders:
We do not offer expedited ordering or shipping. Please plan your order and give yourself adequate time for orders to be processed and shipped. 

Turnaround Time:
Orders placed before 12 PM ET are shipped the same day (unless otherwise noted in product's description). 

Pickup Orders:
At this time 360Love Apparel™ operates from the World Wide Web. All orders are shipped.

We do not offer backorders.

Return Policy:

7-Day Return Policy
We will accept your unworn item if the following steps are taken:

  • Request a RMA number. Do so by submitting information via the Return form, located in the footer of the website. 
  • Buyer has seven business days (from delivery date) to return product.  The delivery date is determined by the Delivery Confirmation. 
  • Buyer must ship product in the original packaging within 7 business days. 
  1. Returns are only accepted by mail, regardless of buyer's location.
  2. Refund less 30% restocking fee.
  3. Return Shipping Cost is not refundable.
  4. We reserve the right to deny any returns that do not fall within these guidelines. We will not issue a return authorization after indicated dates. 
  5. No refund, credit or exchange for clearance items.
  6. We reserve the right to deny service to habitual returners.
  7. All return packages attempted to be delivered without a return authorization number will be declined and shipped back to the sender.
  8. Returns made after 7 days (unworn), will receive a store credit only. The maximum amount of days to return an item is 14 days. No store credit nor refund will be issued.
If perfume, deodorant, or any odor is detected on garment, item will be denied. The item will be returned to sender, and refund/store credit will not be issued. No exceptions. For questions about this return policy, please contact us first before making a purchase.

Exchange Policy:
No Exchanges

Cancellation Policy:
An order can be cancelled within 24 hours, without buyer incurring a cancellation fee. Cancellations after 24 hours are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.


  • Paypal

Pay for your order securely via Paypal. Paypal accepts Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, and debit cards. You can also do an instant transfer, pay with echeck, or use existing funds via Paypal. Orders paid for via eCheck will be held until we receive notification from PayPal that funds have cleared. This sometimes takes 4-10 days to clear.

360Love Apparel™ is a division of Smell Good Spa LLC.  SGSLLC will appear on your Credit Card statement.     

  •  Check/Money Order
  • Check must be received within 5 days from when order was placed. If check is not received within that timeframe, order will be cancelled. Orders will process after the funds have cleared. There is a $35.00 fee on checks that do not clear. We only accept checks from banks in the United States.  We only accept money orders from residents in the United States.

Refused Packages:
Refused packages returned to us will be treated as unauthorized returns. No store credit nor refund will be given for the returned items, and items will be discarded. Additional fees for the cost to return the package to us will also be charged to the customer.

360Love Apparel™ will ships using USPS Mail service. Shipping includes delivery confirmation. If the delivery confirmation tracking number shows a package as being delivered to the address entered when placing the order, 360Love Apparel™ is no longer responsible for the order. If a parcel is returned to 360Love Apparel™ due to the parcel being unclaimed, we require that you pay for reshipping (pay via Paypal).

International Shipping:
USPS Mail is the provided service.  We only ship to Canada and the Caribbean at this time.  Flat-rate shipping is provided for Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and Caribbean. We are not responsible for Customs' actions. 

Gift Vouchers:
A gift voucher covers the cost of merchandise only - shipping and tax are not included. 

360Love Friends:

Brands in the 360Love Friends have separate terms and conditions. Those terms and conditions are in product's description. Read carefully for clear understanding. 

We reserve the right to deny service to anyone who abuses any or all of these policies.  Terms and Conditions and all policies can be modified without notice.
